DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All shipping options include tracking which will be provided to you once your package ships.
Orders ship within 1-4 business days. We may use an alternate delivery service (such as UPS) for larger packages.
Please double check your shipping address. Foxglove will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.
Please make sure your shipping address leads to a secure location. Foxglove will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, Foxglove does not currently offer international shipping.
RETURNS
Returns are only accepted within 2 weeks of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase we will issue a refund for full price merchandise. Write to us at foxglovestore@gmail.com to inform us of your intent to return an item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package as we are not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.
* Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition and in original packaging.
* If the order qualified for free shipping, we deduct the shipping charges from the refund.
* Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.
* Custom orders, skin care items, cosmetics, food items, and sale items are FINAL SALE.
