COVID-19 SHELTER IN PLACE MESSAGE:

We are packing and shipping orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. You can also choose pick up at checkout and pick up your order from our shop at 1746 Shattuck Ave in Berkeley. We are open Thursday through Sunday from 12 noon to 6 pm. Simply walk up to the store with your mask on and give us your name and we will grab your order for you. We appreciate your support during these uncertain times. We value every order that we receive. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic shipping is via USPS Ground, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. Delivery confirmation is free but insurance is optional. All shipping options include tracking which will be provided to you once your package ships.

Orders ship within 1-4 business days. We may use an alternate delivery service (such as UPS) for larger packages.

Please double check your shipping address.  Foxglove will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.  

Please make sure your shipping address leads to a secure location. Foxglove will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, Foxglove does not currently offer international shipping.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase we will issue a refund for full price merchandise. Write to us at info@foxglovestyle.com for return instructions. We will provide a physical address for you to mail your insured and carefully packed item to.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package as we are not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.

* Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition and in original packaging.
* If the order qualified for free shipping, we deduct the shipping charges from the refund.
* Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.
* Custom orders, skin care items, cosmetics, food items, and sale items are FINAL SALE.
